The Muskoka Airport has lease or purchase land available for aviation related operations thru individuals and businesses that require airside access.  Land is also available for lease to non-aviation related operations.

A privately owned aircraft hangar can apply to Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), for a classification change to their building from commercial to residential/farm. This form must be completed each and every year. MPAC form.
